Situated in King Street, Robin Hood’s Bay (“the lower old village”) 50 metres from the beach slipway The Haven, built into 1710, is available to rent throughout the year. The 3-storey fully modernised cottage features a Lounge- Kitchen (one room)on the ground floor, a double bedroom on the 1st floor and a twin bedded room and shower room/toilet on the top floor. The cottage sleeps 4. The Haven is warm and cosy all year round with gas central heating and a Morso coal stove (coal provided in a bunker at the rear of the cottage). Wi-fi is available. Smart TVs. Parking permit to car parks at the top of the village. Bed linen and towels provided The cottage is built into the cliff side and has the benefit of a small grassed area to the rear which overlooks the sea. This is accessed from the rear door on the 1st floor and 6 steps leads you to the magnificent view of the Bay, with the sea wall just below our garden. There is a pub style table and bench on the grassed area for use by The Haven tenants as well as 2 easy chairs stored in the cottage. The 3 “second home”cottages next to us have shared use of the grassed area.
